PinningHub is operated by Misato Alexandre, an individual. This policy describes this introductory website and the PinningHub platform in development. Features described as planned are not currently available through this website.

This introductory website

This landing page has no registration form, payment form, advertising pixels, or embedded analytics scripts. Standard technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the website. The page uses system fonts and does not load third-party font services.

Information you provide

If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use that information to respond, provide support, and address data requests. Please do not send passwords, API secrets, or other sensitive credentials by email.

PinningHub platform information

When platform features are available, information may include account and profile details you provide; community posts, replies, attachments, votes and saves; and content plans or service-related communications you submit. Community content and public profile information may be visible to other users. Private connected-account information is not public community content. This landing page itself does not collect those platform records.

Planned Pinterest connection

The Pinterest connection is in development. This introductory site does not currently connect to Pinterest or import Pinterest account data.

The initial integration is designed to let you authorize access through Pinterest OAuth to your own account/profile information, boards, and Pins using the read-only permissions user_accounts:read, boards:read, and pins:read. Access will be limited to the permissions you grant. This initial integration will not publish, edit, or delete Pinterest content. Performance analytics will only be added when the necessary permissions and access have been verified and this explanation has been updated.

Authorized account data is intended to support your private account analysis and content planning. It will not be displayed to other members or sold. OAuth tokens are intended to be processed on the server and encrypted when stored. Illustrative previews are not real account data.

Disconnecting and deletion

Once the connection is enabled, disconnecting in PinningHub is designed to remove the stored connection, encrypted tokens, queued synchronization jobs, and imported boards and Pins associated with that connection. Security audit records may remain. You may separately revoke authorization in your Pinterest account settings.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of information, email privacy@pinninghub.com and identify the account or information concerned. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Disconnecting Pinterest does not automatically delete separate community posts or other platform records.

Use, sharing, and retention

We use information to deliver and secure the service, respond to requests, and support features you choose to use. Hosting, database, authentication, and storage providers may process information needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.

Information is retained while needed to provide the service, respond to requests, maintain security, or meet applicable legal obligations. A fixed retention schedule has not yet been published. Some security or legally required records may remain after a deletion request; we will explain relevant exceptions when responding.

Security and your rights

We use safeguards appropriate to the information processed, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export information, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise those rights.

Children

PinningHub is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

Policy updates

We will update this policy as the service changes and revise the publication date. Material changes affecting platform members will be communicated through the platform or email when appropriate.
